Compensation: DOE: $120,000 - $180,000+/year + Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Civil Project Manager:
  • Oversee and lead a dynamic team to ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of various private land development projects, exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and nurture genuine, long-term relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing all project-related matters.
  • Utilize technical expertise to guide a team of engineers through all project phases.
  • Surpass client expectations through effective communication and project execution.
Qualifications for the Senior Civil Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in managing teams, projects, and/or programs.
  • Ability to independently manage projects and programs.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
