Position Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Logistics Coordinator to oversee and enhance our supply chain processes. In this role, you will be tasked with the management of supply chain reporting and planning, alongside providing essential clerical support for both inbound and outbound logistics operations. Your responsibilities will also encompass the coordination of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation efforts aimed at optimizing inventory levels while minimizing operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee logistical operations, including sourcing, receiving, purchasing, and dispatching.
  • Manage daily and weekly supply chain planning and reporting.
  • Provide clerical assistance for inbound and outbound logistics functions.
  • Facilitate the coordination of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation to enhance inventory efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipments.
  • Process freight invoices accurately and timely.
  • Ensure the prompt delivery of goods and materials.
  • Monitor and track shipments to meet delivery timelines.
  • Address and resolve logistical challenges and discrepancies swiftly.
  • Uphold a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is essential.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in supply chain operations is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Self-driven with a focus on quality outcomes.
