Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Direct Care Supervisor to lead our residential program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct care services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and oversight to our team members while ensuring the highest level of care and service delivery.

Responsibilities:
* Provide supervision, coaching, and training to direct care staff
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and well-being
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident progress and care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to process improvements

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in direct care services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., psychology, human services, social work)
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
