Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a vital member of our home health care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Making routine home visits to assess and address the needs of our clients.
  • Administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitoring client conditions and reporting any changes to clinical managers and client services managers.
  • Following up with doctors' orders and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations in electronic medical records.
  • Performing assessments and case management for optimal client outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • A current license as a Licensed Practice Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • A minimum of one year of recent experience as an LPN.
  • Prior home care experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
