Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Direct Care Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring the overall well-being of residents.
  • You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care, addressing the unique needs and goals of each individual.
  • As a supervisor, you will also be responsible for training and supporting staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience working in a direct care role, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • One year of supervisory experience is required, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving desired outcomes.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, nursing) may be substituted for up to one year of experience.
