Care Coordinator for Individuals with Complex Needs

About the JobWe are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to support participants with developmental community goals. You will take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities, while being proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well.
You'll develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what's right for participants. No activities of daily living are performed during shift.
About the Role- Support Participants: You will provide direct support to individuals with complex needs, including those who may have behavioral challenges.
- Community Involvement: You will assist participants in becoming an integral part of their community, participating in activities they enjoy, and developing meaningful relationships.
- Growth and Development: You will help participants achieve their developmental community goals, promoting growth, learning, and independence.
- Estimated Salary: $17 per hour plus 0.62 cents per mile, resulting in an estimated weekly salary of $1,000 - $1,200 depending on hours worked.
- Part-time Hours: 5-20 hours per week, allowing for flexibility and balance in your personal life.
- Mileage Reimbursement: Earn money for driving expenses related to the job.

- Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance, 1 year driving record not including permit.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass State, Cori, Sori, Driving, and Fingerprints background checks.
