We are currently seeking an HR Operations Leader to provide strategic support across various corporate functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive human resources services, spearheading talent management initiatives, and collaborating with different departments to meet their human capital needs. This role demands a strong foundation in HR practices, exceptional communication abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with internal clients to assess HR requirements and provide tailored solutions to enhance team performance and engagement.
- Lead talent management and succession planning efforts to cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities.
- Drive effective communication and change management initiatives throughout the organization.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Address employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality, offering guidance and resolution as necessary.
- Leverage HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and refine HR processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven ability to deliver HR support across diverse functions.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated capability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits: The base pay range for this position is competitive and may vary based on skills, experience, and job-related knowledge. Employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401k Retirement Savings Plan.
