We are currently seeking an HR Operations Leader to provide strategic support across various corporate functions. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to assess HR requirements and provide tailored solutions to enhance team performance and engagement.
  • Lead talent management and succession planning efforts to cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities.
  • Drive effective communication and change management initiatives throughout the organization.

  • Address employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality, offering guidance and resolution as necessary.
  • Leverage HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and refine HR processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven ability to deliver HR support across diverse functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits: The base pay range for this position is competitive and may vary based on skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.
