Senior Market HR Leader

About the RoleWe're seeking a Senior Market HR Leader to join our team. As a strategic partner to the Director of Operations, you'll lead and oversee a team of HRBPs in a multi-state and multi-regional model. Your primary focus will be on supporting operations in our restaurants, driving HR initiatives and strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational success.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, preferably in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. You'll need to have a strong understanding of both salaried leadership and hourly team member dynamics, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of HRBPs, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive performance and operational efficiency
- Consult with front line leaders on concerns and ensure Wonder's core values and behaviors are upheld
- Serve as an escalation point for employee relations concerns, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
- Develop programs and initiatives that promote a positive work culture, high employee morale, and engagement among a diverse workforce
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies
- Implement and facilitate programs for leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing to support employee growth and retention
- Oversee HR operations for the field, including compensation, benefits administration, and performance management processes
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts to enhance operational effectiveness and adaptability
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or managerial role, preferably within the QSR industry
- Proven experience managing and developing HR teams, with a track record of leadership and strategic decision-making
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements relevant to the QSR industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and change
- Salary: $140,000-$157,500
- Multi-Location Role, Travel Required
