Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our dynamic nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director and staff, Board of Trustees, donors, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Assist with project planning, coordination, and implementation, including research, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Organizational Systems: Maintain and improve internal systems, communication, and processes for staff and Board clarity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in executive support, including administrative management, software proficiency, and maintaining organizational files.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and fostering belonging.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, Board of Trustees members, donors, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
