Position: Sales Activities Coordinator (Inside Sales Support)

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the MSI US sales team in various sales functions
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from both the internal sales team and customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Streamline sales-related documentation and shipment logistics effectively
  • Gather and evaluate weekly customer inventory and sell-out data
  • Process customer purchase orders and manage credit claims
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales within the IT distribution or resale sector preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
