Position Overview:
  • The Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role, ensuring that all tasks are executed with precision and care.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership in managing responsibilities with minimal oversight.
  • Identifies opportunities for enhancement and implements effective solutions.
  • Leads in productivity metrics while addressing intricate customer inquiries.
  • Represents the YETI brand with professionalism in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for executing complex tasks independently.
  • Recognize areas for improvement and suggest viable solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass high productivity standards and team KPIs.
  • Manage and resolve intricate customer requests or issues with a tailored approach.
  • Deliver product information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
  • Preference for completion of Associates or Technical college coursework.
  • A High School diploma is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in customer service.
  • Experience in a call center environment is beneficial.
  • Retail experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and internet browsers.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
