Bilingual Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site assistance and support to clients both via phone and in person.
- Address client inquiries, provide relevant information, and coordinate appointment scheduling.
- Engage in outreach efforts to reconnect with previous clients through phone campaigns.
- Assist in evaluating client eligibility for Marketplace plans and available financial aid.
- Adhere to privacy protocols to safeguard clients' personal information.
- Accurately input client data into the program's database.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Exceptional customer service skills, particularly in communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to connect with under-served and under-represented communities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to adapt, learn swiftly, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Hourly wage of $18.
