We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to fill the role of Call Center Customer Service Assistant. In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, delivering outstanding service and efficiently addressing inquiries. You will manage a significant volume of both incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring that customer concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to incoming calls from clients, providing support for inquiries, complaints, and technical assistance.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns by understanding the issue, identifying the root cause, and articulating the most effective solution.
  • Record Keeping: Meticulously document all customer interactions and transactions, noting details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to confirm that customer issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to tackle complex customer issues and enhance service quality.

Qualifications:
