Role Overview: The Sales Associate position plays a crucial role in the overall success and efficiency of our retail operations. This role requires a strong commitment to our brand values while delivering exceptional service to our customers and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds trust and credibility as a fashion advisor through a strong understanding of current trends and competitive offerings.
  • Provides comprehensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall value.
  • Communicates current pricing and promotional strategies effectively to customers.
  • Utilizes cross-selling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Adapts approach based on customer cues to meet their unique needs.
  • Handles multiple customers simultaneously while ensuring quality service.
  • Follows up with customers to influence and close sales effectively.
  • Adjusts personal selling techniques to contribute positively to store performance.

Operational Duties:

  • Ensures completion of daily tasks without compromising service quality.
  • Handles daily operational responsibilities, including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
  • Ensures cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
  • Adheres to all retail policies and procedures, including those related to operations and asset protection.
  • Restocks inventory on the sales floor as required.
  • Supports inventory processes by managing stock and maintaining organization.
  • Assists at the cash wrap when necessary to process transactions.
  • Efficiently manages customer transactions, including purchases and returns.
  • Prepares the store by organizing functional areas and maintaining visual standards.

Qualifications:

  • Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom effectively.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry products as needed.

Compensation: Pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with potential for bonuses.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
