Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with C-Level clients and agencies in collaboration with sales partners within the designated region.
  • Foster and manage relationships with our Resellers, ensuring they receive the necessary support for success.
  • Act as the sales manager, driving initiatives with sales partners to enhance revenue and achieve targets.
  • Oversee partner performance, maintaining communication with C-level executives and Sales Directors.
  • Manage daily sales activities and essential tasks such as pipeline maintenance.
  • Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth, including annual and quarterly business plans.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives related to brand safety and marketing strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with resellers to optimize mutual benefits.
  • Monitor agency trading terms in reseller markets and evaluate the performance of these agreements.
  • Guide resellers in implementing scalable advertising optimization and campaign delivery strategies while upholding high-quality standards.
  • Provide insights on the social media landscape and The Ladders' market position.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in digital media sales, partner management, or business development.
  • A driven, data-oriented team player with a strong commitment to exceeding targets and a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
