Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Brand Maintenance and Repair Manager to lead and enhance our Repairs and Janitorial teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and precise delivery of janitorial services, cosmetic repairs, and project management related to brand maintenance across all locations.

The successful candidate will oversee the development and management of various store expense budgets associated with all vendor contracts in the Brand Maintenance and Repair sector. You will cultivate vendor relationships to guarantee service levels are consistently met, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team to ensure all repairs and janitorial services are executed accurately and within budget.
  • Ensure effective planning, reporting, and scheduling processes are followed, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Oversee work order requests and escalations, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with multiple vendors and cross-functional partners to ensure the successful execution of all janitorial services and projects.
  • Assist in the development of annual janitorial expense budgets and manage funding for unforeseen program needs.
  • Conduct site visits to various stores to assess quality and service delivery.
  • Support the ongoing development and performance management of direct reports.
  • Manage vendor performance and make recommendations regarding vendor relationships based on performance metrics.
  • Facilitate communication with stores regarding all Brand Maintenance and Repair activities.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of team priorities.
  • Engage in special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within a retail environment.
  • A four-year college degree is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficient project management and problem-solving skills.
  • The capability to influence and drive results through collaborative partnerships.
  • A strong customer-centric approach, anticipating needs and enhancing satisfaction.
  • Extensive knowledge of store operations, particularly in maintenance and janitorial services.
  • Experience in budget development, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Effective vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Work Environment:

This position requires regular in-office presence for team interactions, meetings, and collaboration, although a combination of in-office and remote work is feasible.
