Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HRIS team in providing customer service support for learning, recruiting, and onboarding systems.

  • Analyze HR transaction data to identify issues and implement resolutions.
  • Support the HRIS team by managing data tables across various systems, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of HR business processes and conduct daily audits.
  • Execute HRIS administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, creating notifications, and maintaining reference documents using Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR services or systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • High level of accuracy and meticulousness.
  • Preferred: Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
