Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HRIS team in providing customer service support for learning, recruiting, and onboarding systems.
- Engage in systems testing activities by adhering to test plans, executing test cases, and offering constructive feedback on results.
- Analyze HR transaction data to identify issues and implement resolutions.
- Support the HRIS team by managing data tables across various systems, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of HR business processes and conduct daily audits.
- Execute HRIS administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, creating notifications, and maintaining reference documents using Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR services or systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- High level of accuracy and meticulousness.
- Preferred: Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
