Commercial Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Cherry Coatings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our Maintenance Projects division.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You will also possess a strong understanding of the commercial coatings industry and be able to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
A competitive salary of $85,000 per year is on offer, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new clients and follow up on leads generated both internally and through marketing efforts
- Craft and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services
- Closing sales deals and coordinating job handoffs with Project Managers
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster long-term business partnerships
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the commercial coatings industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
