Commercial Development Representative

What We Offer:
- A salary of $51,400 per year, based on 20 hours of work per week at $23.50/hour

Responsibilities:
- Gather leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments to develop new business opportunities
- Engage conversations with small-to-medium-sized business owners to introduce products and services
- Obtain business information, input lead data into databases, and follow up with potential clients
- Manage the business pipeline, develop payment strategies, and meet sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or related field
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish required
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
