Job Title: Clinical Applications Specialist

Revere Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and clinical staff and the applications used every day. As a key member of our team, you will ensure optimal utilization of our healthcare technology systems, implementing, administering, and providing support for clinical and ancillary systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on implementing, administering, and supporting designated systems
  • Execute technical support tasks, installations, maintenance, testing, and thorough documentation
  • Tackle system troubleshooting and scrutinize systems and performance indicators to pinpoint problems
  • Become the go-to authority on assigned applications for users, team members, vendors, and management

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of work experience in Application/Software support
  • Demonstrated leadership or project management experience
  • A degree from an accredited college, with a preference for a background in healthcare, adult education, or information management

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
