As Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee daily food and beverage service, ensuring a high level of hospitality and member satisfaction. You will lead daily pre-service meetings, supervise team member performance, and be a visible presence during meal service. Collaboration with the Clubhouse Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, Executive Chef, and other leaders is key to maintaining our standard of excellence.
You will assist in recruiting and training team members, ensuring they meet our high standards for service, menu knowledge, and hospitality. Additionally, you will manage the operational side of the F&B department, from POS system updates to team member scheduling and daily reporting.
We're seeking candidates with at least two years of F&B management experience, preferably in a fine dining restaurant, private club, or resort, who have a hands-on leadership style, a keen eye for detail, and experience with team member training and supervision. Jonas POS knowledge and a food handler's certificate are preferred.
