Front Desk Supervisor

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk agents, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with the management of front desk operations, including the handling of guest accounts, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
