Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk agents, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with the management of front desk operations, including the handling of guest accounts, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
