Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing relationships, and mentoring a small team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
- Research new business opportunities through strategic planning and market analysis.
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our CRM system.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
