We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity and provide daily reports to management.
- Focus on client management, growth, training, and leadership development to drive business success.
- Proven sales and leadership experience with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
- A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 with opportunities for advancement and growth.
