About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity and provide daily reports to management.
  • Focus on client management, growth, training, and leadership development to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Proven sales and leadership experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
What We Offer
