Job Title: Xplor Business Development Representative

About the Role

Xplor Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in the Southeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
