The Historic Phillips Forest Products is a Texas-based company with over sixty years of experience supplying high-quality architectural millwork and wood products to various industries.
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team and contribute to our growth. As an Architectural Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Job DescriptionThis is a long-term position with potential to develop into a higher supervisory role within a decade. We value hard-working individuals with a good attention to detail and a strong desire to be in the woodworking industry. Previous experience working with wood products and managing people is preferred. Qualified candidates must have the ability to read prints, work unsupervised, and complete work in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities- Manage sales operations, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Drove revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the woodworking industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to read prints and work unsupervised.
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
