**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **Sales Associate - Customer Service Representative** to join our team at Loves Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers while maintaining clean stores and facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide general customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
  • Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
  • Ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
  • Cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude. You should also be able to lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
