Required Qualifications


A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience directly associated with the responsibilities outlined; or a comparable mix of education and experience.

Key Responsibilities


Working in close collaboration with the Director and JSOM sales faculty, the individual will manage student recruitment, engagement, and monitoring for the USCA sales certification and Professional Program in Sales.

Additionally, they will devise, organize, and implement various activities and events both on campus and within the global sales community.

These initiatives will create networking opportunities for corporate partners, students, and alumni, thereby bolstering recruitment efforts and fostering thought leadership.

The role also includes overseeing the Center's financial planning, expenditures, revenues, and endowments.

Workload Allocation: Student Program Recruitment, engagement, and tracking 35% Coordination with student workers for events 35% Financial management 20%

Remote Work Policy
A hybrid remote work arrangement may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly).

Employees must reside within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and be able to attend campus for scheduled work activities with 24-hour notice.

Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be necessary.

Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be revoked at any time.
