Homeless Youth Services Director

Friends of Youth is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Homeless Youth Services Director to lead our Homeless Youth Services Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human services, experience working with homeless youth, and excellent leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and management of Shelter, Drop-In, and Support Services for homeless youth.
- Ensure contractual compliance, accreditation, and budget standards are met.
- Develop and monitor annual division work plans to meet budget goals and strategic initiatives.
- Lead a team of Managers and supervise employees to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, community partners, and referral sources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a human-service field preferred.
- Five years of relevant working experience, including supporting young people experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory and/or management experience.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of MS365 Power Platform.
