Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Solomon Page. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong background in office administration and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Meet and greet visitors, answer phone calls, and maintain the overall appearance of the office.
- Coordinate meetings, including setting up internal and external meetings, gathering materials, and arranging meals as needed.
- Manage the corporate calendar, troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, and develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel.
- Oversee office equipment, furniture, and supplies, including researching vendors and making purchases.
- Track expenses, create expense reports, and coordinate travel logistics.
- Manage accounts payable, reconcile credit card bills, and organize expense support.
- Coordinate deliveries, handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and order lunch for the team.
- Troubleshoot IT and office equipment issues and provide backup support to the CIO/CEO's EA as needed.
- Assist with updating presentation materials and maintaining a proper inventory of presentation materials.
- Organize team-building outings and assist with various ad-hoc requests and projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5+ years of applicable office administrative support experience, ideally within financial services.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Smart, proactive, and anticipatory, with a strong attention to detail.
