Position Overview

The Role: As a Bilingual Parent Liaison at Phalen Leadership Academies, you will serve as a vital link among families, educational institutions, and the broader community. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance communication with parents, fostering a supportive and enriching educational atmosphere for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective communication channels between parents, educators, and school staff.
  • Provide guidance and resources to parents to help them understand academic expectations.
  • Coordinate meetings among various stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
  • Work alongside school leadership to create informative materials for families.
  • Educate parents/guardians about school policies and procedures, including registration and curriculum details.

Qualifications:
