Job Title: Independent Sales Representative-Eastern Shore Maryland

Stine Seed Company, a leading national seed company, is seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team in Somerset, Worcester, Kent, and Queen Anne's counties in Maryland.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to serve as our primary ambassador in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory to meet sales goals
  • Work in conjunction with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide a high level of sales support within the assigned territory
  • Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills
  • Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention
