As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for reviewing denials and partially paid claims, following up on pending claims, collecting delinquent accounts, and creating insurance and client aging reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and resolve discrepancies in denied and partially paid claims
  • Follow up on pending claims to ensure timely payment and correction
  • Collect delinquent accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and analyze insurance and client aging reports to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree or higher in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, business administration)
  • OR completion of a program in medical billing and coding
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with ABA Services billing a plus, but not required
