Job Title: Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the Role:

The Marketing Campaign Specialist is a key member of the Strategy and Growth team at Waters Corporation, responsible for executing and optimizing demand generation campaigns to drive revenue for our products and solutions within the QA/QC business segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns for multiple programs, leveraging channels such as organic and paid social, paid search, retargeting, content syndication, email, events & webinars, video marketing, and web content.
  • Ensure best practices are applied to all tactics, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for digital channels.
  • Maintain consistency of messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of communications across all channels.
  • Coordinate calendars across the marketing mix/multiple programs.
  • Implement tactical marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital and social media strategies, and plans with external third-party publications.
  • Collaborate with content writers, design, social, localization, event, corporate communications, and digital channel teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support promotional and marketing programs for trade shows and user meetings.
  • Set up KPIs and metrics reporting related to campaigns and recommend data-driven tactical shifts and new channels or formats.
  • Create and manage projects in Project Management System.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent certification in marketing, communications, or related field of study.
  • Minimum 1-3 years B2B marketing experience managing global marketing programs.
  • Demonstrable experience creating and deploying demand-generating campaigns.
  • Strong writing skills for B2B audiences, with copywriting and editing skills spanning various formats.
  • Expertise in digital marketing best practices and trends.
  • Event management or marketing (live/virtual) a plus.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to engage effectively with multiple teams and effect action.
  • Organized with solid project management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge and use of a variety of MarTech and analytics tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Smartsheet, and Google Analytics.
