Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree or higher required, with 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device or nuclear medicine.
  • Supervisory Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience necessary, with a proven track record of utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Proven track record of strong leadership and teamwork, with emphasis on accountability, adaptability, and resilience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in MRPs a plus.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills, with good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds, with specific vision abilities required for the job.
