Job Summary

As a key member of the Asembia team, the Account Manager will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day business and operational aspects of assigned data services programs. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Proficiency in understanding program requirements, including timelines, business objectives, and deliverables.
Conducting and leading meetings with internal and external teams to meet program requirements.
Taking and maintaining detailed documentation of meeting notes and tracking action items, follow-ups, timelines, and open issues.
Escalating issues to supervisors and leadership as needed.
Preparing materials for business reviews and sales presentations.
Responding to RFPs and RFIs.
Coordinating with internal groups for contract execution.
Training and onboarding pharmacies on program requirements, including technology solutions.
Tracking approved data component changes within manufacturer and pharmacy partner agreements.
Assisting with pharmacy partner IT security reviews and coordinating responses.
Creating and maintaining business rules and artifacts for assigned programs.
Reviewing data reports for quality and compliance.
Reviewing client dashboards to ensure KPIs are being met.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Must be a pharmacist or pharmacy technician in good standing.
3+ years' relatable experience in the pharmaceutical/pharmacy industry required.
3+ years' experience in a client-facing role required.
C-suite level client-facing experience preferred.
Experience responding to RFPs and RFIs preferred.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills required.
Stellar verbal and written communication skills required.
Proficiency in Excel required.
