AmeriPro Roofing is a leading provider of residential roofing services, seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives to join our team in the Indianapolis area.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to educate and inform homeowners on what they're entitled to through storm damage as it relates to roofing, siding, and gutter projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the roofing industry and be able to build relationships with customers to identify and close new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, and preset leads
  • Manage and maximize assigned territory to ensure maximum sales potential
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage
  • Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed
  • Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners
  • Meet with insurance adjusters to negotiate and collect funds and insurance deductibles
  • Obtain referrals from customers to build a strong network of leads
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience
  • Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred to qualify for allowance)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Must have, or obtain, a smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
  • Industry knowledge (a plus but not required)
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform (required)
  • Experience following a documented consultative sales system (preferred)
  • Self-sufficient; must be able to work in an independent environment
  • Dedication to personal career development by reaching set goals
  • Must have a valid driver's license (any state applicable)
  • 21 years of age or older (preferred for insurance purposes)
