- Stay updated on the latest trends in technology and product innovations through ongoing education and professional growth.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Deliver regular sales forecasts and reports to management, incorporating customer insights and market dynamics.
- Employ effective time management techniques to enhance daily task execution and responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or equivalent military service.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a personal portfolio of clients.
- 2 years of experience in developing complex solutions in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- 2 years of sales experience with specialty products, luxury brands, custom designs, or premium offerings.
- Possession of a current, valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Maintain a driving record that meets safety standards.
- Ability to acquire and maintain any necessary state or local licensing within 90 days of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in driving strategic business initiatives.
- 2 years of project management experience.
- 2 years of leadership experience in business, military, or related sectors.
