Mid-State Truck Equipment, Greenfield is seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative with knowledge and experience in Truck, Turf, Snow, and Ice Removal Equipment. This individual will need to thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Salary will correspond with experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell Truck, Turf, Snow, Ice Removal Equipment and Services to New and Existing Customers.
  • Source New Sales Opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited too and may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
