Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, including their features, benefits, and uses, in order to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
  • Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell our products to customers, including answering questions, making recommendations, and handling sales transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with the management of inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking shelves.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years of direct customer service experience required, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of cannabis products and their uses, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
