Job Summary:

This role will be reporting to our Boston office. As a Retail Media Account Director, you will work closely with the sales and product team to achieve sales quota. Your primary focus will be on selling Topsort's retail media infrastructure or new product lines. You will be responsible for demonstrating relentless focus and 'hunter energy' to win RFPs and deals in a competitive market. This includes generating pipeline from industry connections, outbound activities, LinkedIn outreach, or more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Topsort's retail media infrastructure or new product lines and work with the sales and product team to achieve sales quota.
  • Demonstrate relentless focus and 'hunter energy' to win RFPs and deals in a competitive market.
  • Generate pipeline from industry connections, outbound activities, LinkedIn outreach, or more.
  • Take prospects through the buyer journey from discovery to contract negotiation, with a strong understanding of Topsort's products.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, provide feedback to the product team, and work closely with founders to perfect and improve the product.
  • Be a subject matter expert: know everything about Topsort's products, retail media market landscape, and stay on top of industry trends.
Requirements:

What We Expect From You:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA with excellent grades and intellectual rigor.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, consulting, product management, or have worked with fast-growing dynamic startups.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a customer-facing role.

  • Ability to learn on the job, learn fast, and have strong curiosity for the industry and a desire to self-educate.

Salary Estimate: Based on the job requirements and location, the estimated salary for this role is around $100,000 - $150,000 per year. Note that this estimate may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
