We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Sales Director to lead our team of store managers in driving profitable sales across the Boston, MA area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for talent acquisition, development, and retention that supports operational excellence and an engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract and retain top talent to support the needs of the district, region, and brand
  • Lead the talent acquisition, immersion, education, and retention of store management teams
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to build a succession of future leaders
  • Analyze business data to drive profitable sales and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement action plans to address current business challenges and achieve desired results
  • Teach and develop leaders in operations and ensure consistency across stores within their district
  • Maintain strong business acumen and adapt to internal and external factors to drive results
  • Lead performance management through coaching and adherence to company standards
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction across markets
  • Motivate teams to achieve exceptional customer experiences

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant retail management experience, with 3-5 years minimum of multi-unit leadership preferably with a specialty retailer. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is required, as well as proven results in driving top-line revenue, creating hospitality-focused customer experiences, and attracting, developing, and retaining associates at all levels.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a results-driven leader who excels in fast-paced environments, we encourage you to apply.
