Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant is a critical role that provides high-level administrative support to the President of Relax & Company. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the President's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President's schedule, ensuring timely preparation for meetings and projects.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings, as well as coordinate refreshments and presentation materials.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the President, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Receive and review incoming communication, determining importance and summarizing contents for the President.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the main office.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5-10 years of related experience, including work as a paralegal, executive assistant, or secretary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Google Suite and other office software.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
