Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Sanel NAPA Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our entire product line and increasing sales through new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Prospect and cold call new customers to increase sales and market penetration.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve personal sales and profit quotas.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product introductions and opportunities for current and future sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including solving customer problems and complaints.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database experience.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs regularly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
