Key Responsibilities- Support the management of the front desk team, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, while maintaining high levels of employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination, resulting in a seamless guest experience.
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to front desk staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time, with frequent walking and bending.
