Job Title: Overnight Front Desk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Overnight Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our residential community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and service providers
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling phone calls, and responding to resident inquiries
  • Monitor and operate electronic security control systems
  • Accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms
  • Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and control access to the building
  • Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • College level courses in business or hospitality preferred
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred
  • Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Multiple language fluency is desirable

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
  • Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
  • Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages
  • Reach with hands and arms
  • Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word
  • Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions

What We Offer:

  • As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision

  • Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions

Compensation:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
