Position Overview

Sign-On Bonus: $2000, with $1000 disbursed after 90 days of successful service and an additional $1000 after one year of employment.

This full-time role focuses on providing substance use counseling to youth facing significant challenges, particularly those involved with the justice system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions as required.
  • Identify and refer clients to additional resources to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with agency and regulatory standards.
  • Provide necessary client data to meet contractual and billing obligations.
  • Engage in clinical supervision, training, and team meetings as needed.
