Job Description
The MJ Companies is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Support Specialist - Client Relations to join our Benefits Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with Client Executives to ensure seamless client experiences. You will schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and coordinate client engagement activities. Your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will be essential in managing internal lists, tracking tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
* Schedule meetings and events, including Vision, Launch, Midpoint, Decision, and Renewal sessions
* Manage client relationships, providing email communications, legislative notifications, and monthly updates
* Track and maintain internal lists, such as client surveys and contact lists
* Support Client Executives with urgent and unique client service requests
* Collaborate with Analytics to identify key data points and enhance client insights
* Prepare client playbooks, compiling and formatting slides and relevant content
* Coordinate Open Enrollment tasks, including content preparation, editorial review, and milestone tracking

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in client-facing customer service, administrative support, or project management
* Strong project management and client service background
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with the team daily
