We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented High-Level Support Specialist to join our team at Element Logic Americas Career Page.

Salary & BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus market-based benefits including medical insurance, vision, dental, and a 401(k) plan.
Job DescriptionThe High-Level Support Specialist will provide high-level administrative support to Senior Management, conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as correspondence preparation, visitor management, conference call arrangements, and travel coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, client communications, and emails using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- Distribute memos internally
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Greet visitors and determine access levels
- Make travel arrangements
- Attend meetings to record minutes and distribute meeting minutes
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5 years of office experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Valid Driver's license
