Administrative Support Coordinator for Regional Leadership

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our Regional Senior Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing calendars, and ensuring the smooth operation of our regional offices.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Regional Senior Leadership team
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives
- Expert computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and Visio
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with confidential information
